Moses Ahn, an associate at Sivin & Miller, LLP, received his B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University, and his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law. Prior to law practice, Moses received a M.Div. from Drew University Theological School, and served as a pastor for six years in New Jersey.

During law school, Moses focused primarily on developing his experience in criminal law and procedure, interning with the Manhattan and Brooklyn District Attorney's Offices, and working under criminal defense attorneys Murray Richman, Stacey Richman, and Renee Hill.

After law school, Moses served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York, where he handled over a hundred cases, focused on litigating civil rights lawsuits arising out of alleged police misconduct. Moses quickly elevated to become an Assistant Unit Chief in the Special State Law Enforcement Defense Unit of the Tort Division, supervising several attorneys and investigators who handled hundreds of cases.

After several years of City service, Moses joined Sivin & Miller, LLP, in 2017, where he has leveraged his extensive experience to obtain optimal results for the firm's clients. Moses is admitted to practice in New York's state courts as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western, and Northern District of New York.
