Edward Sivin has obtained multimillion-dollar results and has helped shape the application of the law for victims of police misconduct. Glenn D. Miller is a respected lecturer on trial techniques. He has tried dozens of homicides and other complex felony cases. He has also won multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements in cases involving civil rights violations and personal injury.

David Roche has more than 20 years of experience in criminal defense and civil litigation. He is a former senior-level prosecutor who has handled everything from kidnapping to drug charges. As a defense lawyer, he has a record of successful acquittals for charges of murder, DWI, burglary and much more.

Hassan Ahmad, of counsel, has 15 years of experience successfully prosecuting and defending hundreds of criminal cases. He handles both state and federal matters, and has provided extensive investigation counseling for clients under investigation by the FBI and the NYPD. He is also the recipient of the CALI award for Excellence in Criminal Trial Advocacy.

Clyde Rastetter, associate, graduated with high honors from Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School in 2020 and joined Sivin, Miller & Roche LLP shortly thereafter. Prior to and throughout law school, Clyde assisted in representing foster children seeking redress for being placed into abusive foster homes and systematic change of the agencies that turned a blind eye, as well as clients who had been wrongfully convicted, victimized by police and correction officers, and mistreated at the hands of the law.
